Reads the model to find work that starts before the element it stands on, sits in or hangs from is finished: columns before the slab under them, doors before the wall around them, ceilings before the slab above. Each finding is shown on the model.
12 standard quality checks: missing links, negative and positive lags, Start-to-Finish links, hard constraints, high and negative float, long durations, invalid dates and out-of-sequence progress. Export them as numbered review comments in Excel, ready to send back to the contractor.
