Terms and Refund Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms apply when you buy a licence for 4D Sequencer, a Windows app published by Three Lanterns Games. By buying or activating a licence you agree to them.
Free trial
4D Sequencer can be used free for 7 days from the first time it is opened, with all features. After the trial, a licence key is needed to keep using it.
Licences
- 1 year licence: works for one year from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically.
- Permanent licence: does not expire.
- Each licence is issued to the person or company named at checkout. The name is shown inside the app.
- A licence is for use by that person, or by that company's own staff. It may not be resold, shared publicly or published.
- Updates are provided through the Microsoft Store at no extra cost while your licence is valid.
Payment
Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the seller of record and handles tax and invoices. Prices are shown at checkout, including tax where it applies. Polar's own terms also apply to the payment. Your licence key is sent to the email address you give at checkout, normally within 24 hours.
Refund policy
You can try every feature free for 7 days before buying, so please make sure 4D Sequencer suits your work first.
- If your licence key does not work, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will fix the problem or send a new key.
- If we cannot make your key work, we will refund the full amount.
- To ask for help or a refund, email rawifystudio@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout.
- Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Polar. When a refund is made, you agree to stop using that licence key.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
The software
4D Sequencer is a tool to help review construction schedules. Its checks and reports support your professional judgement and do not replace it. You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on its results. The software is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, Three Lanterns Games is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or project delays arising from its use. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
Privacy
Your project files stay on your computer. See the privacy policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The terms in place when you bought your licence continue to apply to that licence.
